Efficient auction import and grouping – with drag & drop and smart scheduling

We’ve built a powerful new import and grouping flow inside Everly Auctions, designed to help auction houses of all sizes handle large volumes of data with ease, flexibility, and speed.

1. Spreadsheet-like table editing

The first step is a responsive table view where you can:

• Add new product or auction rows

• Edit all relevant fields directly (price, start/end times, stock, etc.)

• Save your changes in one click

This makes it easy to manage bulk entries quickly and accurately.

2. Visual grouping with drag & drop

The next step is our grouping view. Each auction group is displayed as a column, and you can:

• Create new groups instantly

• Drag and drop auctions into groups

• Move items freely between groups

Everything updates in real time and gives you clear structure and control.

3. Smart scheduling per group

Each group can have its own starts_at timestamp and interval (e.g. 5 minutes). With one click, you can:

• Auto-generate staggered start/end times for all auctions in the group

• Easily create a flowing auction experience (e.g. every 5 mins)

Perfect for structured collections and timed bidding events.

4. CSV support and AI-powered future

You can also import via CSV using a group_title column. The system will automatically create and assign groups based on the title.
In the near future, we aim to add AI-based support for auto-filling descriptions, categories, and even smart grouping.

This feature combines structured control with a highly visual and intuitive workflow – saving time while improving quality. It’s a bold step forward in modern auction management.
